ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the level of acceptance of Google Meet as an online learning platform using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey distributed to 210 university students. The variables examined included Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention, Use Behavior, and the moderating variables of Gender, Age, and Usage Frequency. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS.The results indicate that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence have a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention to use Google Meet. In addition, Behavioral Intention and Facilitating Conditions significantly affect Use Behavior, suggesting that greater intention and technological support enhance actual usage behavior. However, the moderating variables (Gender, Age, and Usage Frequency) do not significantly strengthen or weaken the relationships among the main variables, implying that acceptance of Google Meet is relatively consistent across demographic groups. Overall, students show a strong level of acceptance toward Google Meet due to its ease of use and perceived benefits in supporting online learning activities.
