Article Substance Review
Your review will examine the material according to the standard components of the article. If the contents of the article deviate significantly, please write down your comments.
Title: The title must describe the subject of the manuscript adequately, clearly, precisely and without multiple interpretations. Please suggest titles if needed.

Abstract: The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the study, the methods used, the results, and the core conclusions. Please remind that the abstract is the most read part of the paper.
Reference Review: The author must credit the contributions of others relevant to the article through citation. The citation in the introduction must be able to show the innovation and / or novelty that the author has made through gap analysis. Quotations / citations should not be excessive.
Purpose: The purpose of the article review must be well explained and will be able to answer the hypothesis.
Methods: The methods used to achieve the goal should be accurately described and sufficiently detailed to allow a competent reader to repeat the work the author was doing. The tools, materials, hardware / software platforms and frameworks used in the research also need to be described.
Clarity: Authors must write information on research methods and results in articles in a simple, concise and effective manner so that it is easily understood by readers.
Delivery organization: The text should develop / explain the research subject in a logical and effective manner.
Duplication: The manuscript does not repeat the description of the published work of the author or other person. Check whether the manuscript can be shortened without losing content by combining two or more tables and figures. Reviewers can provide some comments if there is duplication in the text.
Calculations: In some randomly selected cases reviewer checks whether you can verify the calculations made by the authors.
Linkage of Text with Tables and Figures: All tables and figures must be referred to in the text / paragraph. The statements in the text must match the contents of tables and figures.
Title of Tables and Images: The title must state the content. Please advise to improve the quality of the table / image titles.
Title in Table / Captionl: interpretation must be clear and firm and use the correct SI unit.
Graphics: Data to present graphs / images must be accurate.
Conclusion: Conclusions to answer the hypothesis must be stated adequately and clearly and must be supported by data and testing.
Conjecture: The writer must clearly distinguish between allegations and facts.
Reference: All references in the manuscript must be in the Bibliography. References are at least 10 pieces with 80% in the form of primary references (scientific journals, proceeding articles, reference books, theses / theses / dissertations) and published within the last 10 (ten) years.
Delivering Review Results
Once you are willing to do a review, you can download additional article files and files. You can fill in the form or review comments or upload files for editors and / or authors about the results of your review. You are expected to provide recommendations regarding the quality of the article. The review should be completed within 4 weeks.
